Below we have summarized the most frequently asked questions about our services.

1. I Have Artwork for my project. How do I submit it to PYMOSA?

You can send us your artwork by e-mail at or by making arrangements for forwarding information.


2. What are useable formats for my artwork?

We can accept these formats:


Vector file formats (are always the best):


Adobe Illustrator files. (.ai files)

PDF files.

EPS files.

Corel Draw Layered files (.cdr files)


We also accept:

Adobe Photoshop Layered files (.psd files)

TIFF files


Please make all non-vector (pixel) files are at least 300dpi. They should be rasterized or converted to outlines. Please make sure to make the image to the exact size you want printed.


3. What is your maxium print area?

For garment printing our maxium print area is 11" x 13". We are able to print wider format for special order applications. The adverage full center chest or back print is 11" wide. Please remember the artwork should be sized to fit on the smallest garment size for you project. If you need something special, please contact us.


For other applications (such as signs) please give us a call.


4. What if I do not have art work?

Our design team can work up a design for you. For your special application we do offer affordable graphic designs by our in house graphic design team. Just give us a call to discuss your project ideas. or contact us. 

5. Do I have to place a minimum order?

Actually, no. There are no minimum order required on digital or cad-cut products. Screen printing is for multiple duplication of an image or graphic and requires a 18 unit minimum.We may suggest options for you to consider to reduce cost for the best quality product.


6. Will you bill me?

We provide you with an invoice based on your confirmed custom quote. Payment must be received not later than the time of delivery or back prior made arrangements before completion of your order. Please see payment information for further information.


7. Will I receive a final proof on the artwork for approval before you begin the project?

Yes. For artwork copy that we provide for your project, we will forward to you a proof copy for your approval. You must confirm your approval before we can start on your project. Please see our policy information.


PLEASE NOTE: On all orders completed and notification given, must be delivered within seventy-two (72) hours unless prior arrangements have been made.
